SLB Hotel Group, LLC was founded by Alfonso Borrero, Edwin Swain, and Matthew Lawrence. Edwin Swain and Matthew Lawrence are respectively the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations. Together they have over 35 years of hospitality management experience in the Southeast, specializing in renovation programs and increasing profitability through innovative sales programs and hands-on operations. Alfonso Borrero is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of SLB Hotel Group, with over 15 years of experience consulting both commercial and individual clients as a financial advisor. Merging years of hotel management and operating experience with financial advising, SLB Hotel Group, LLC. has un-paralleled experience in the ability to execute repositioning of distressed assets in the Southeast with strong financial backing.
